Kendall has provided strategic counsel to senior executives throughout the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and Canada on topics ranging from operations improvements and resource limitations to new business development and market pressures. At the same time, she has offered her expertise in authentic practices, creating sustainable businesses and working with the Baldrige National Quality Award criteria. She is proficient at visionary leadership, customer-focused excellence,  managing for innovation and by fact. She values social responsibility and community involvement. She has a keen systems perspective while focusing on results and creating value in the Triple Bottom Line.

Prior to joining VRAI Transformation, she was Vice President at a Fortune 30 company that assisted healthcare institutions in utilizing resources in optimization, clinical performance and economic expansion. Kendall was the Co-founder and Executive Vice President of an Internet-enabled company that was purchased in 2002. Earlier in her career, she directed consulting services at a biotech company, served as General Manager of the Mayo Clinic’s Tri-State Laboratory Network, General Manager of American Practice Management/CSC, and held positions in marketing, sales and strategic development with several Fortune 100 companies.

Kendall received an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine from Northern Illinois University. Kendall has served multiple terms on the Board of Examiners for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. She is certified as a William Bridges’ Change Management Consultant. Kendall is a member of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants, American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Society of Quality.
