We have Business degrees, Master’s degrees and MBA's from the top schools; PhDs in Psychology, Organizational Development and Business/Education. Some of us completed our advance degrees prior to entering the work force, some while in the workforce, and others between chasing toddlers and flying cross country to attend Board meetings. We have climbed the corporate ladder, networked with the best and joined affiliate and industry organizations. We are in Speaker's Bureaus, have published articles and books. We have also meditated on Mt. Shasta, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, vision quested and fire walked.....and still were the first to arrive at the office on Monday morning.
