Our proactive form of consulting allows the organization the skills to successfully transition with minimal disruption. We work to understand the organization's structure and policies, culture and people. We focus on what needs to change within the organization to improve their ability to move through the transition.
Our process starts with an executive consultation. Next, we will conduct interviews with the executive team to identify issues and develop their responses. These will be done individually as well as in group format. On-going consulting will consist of transition training for the managers as well as one on one coaching. Managers will be trained on transition managment as well as problem solving techniques.
